My therapeutic approach
Existential analysis
Existential analysis is a psychotherapeutic approach rooted in existential philosophy and phenomenology. Although its name may seem complex, at its heart it speaks about the things closest to each of our lives: about the way we live, love, choose, suffer, and search for meaning.
In this approach, the person is seen as unique and irreplaceable, valuable through their very existence. We are not defined only by symptoms, by the past, or by our psychological mechanisms, but by our capacity to relate consciously to life and to make choices in line with what truly matters to us.
In therapy we explore together the relationship you have with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. We approach with openness questions such as: How can I live more authentically? What gives me meaning? What keeps me from being myself? How can I face suffering and the inevitable changes of life?
The aim of existential analysis is not to give you ready-made answers, but to accompany you in the process of discovering those that make sense for you. In this way, you can build a life lived with more inner freedom, responsibility, and authenticity, in accordance with your values and with the person you are.
Logotherapy
Logotherapy, developed by Viktor Frankl, starts from the conviction that one of the deepest human needs is to live a meaningful life. Even in moments of suffering, loss, or uncertainty, there is the possibility of discovering a personal answer to the questions life asks of us.
In therapy we explore together what is truly valuable to you, the resources you have, and the direction that can give meaning to your experiences. We do not look for universal explanations or solutions, but for the answers that fit your own life and your own values.
Logotherapy does not offer recipes, nor does it tell you how you should live. It creates a space in which you can discover, at your own pace, what truly matters to you and how you can respond to life's challenges with more freedom, responsibility, and authenticity.
It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us.
Compassionate Inquiry
Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach based on compassion and genuine curiosity, which gently explores the experiences and deep patterns that underlie emotional suffering.
It starts from the conviction that our symptoms and coping mechanisms have a meaning, and that through a compassionate exploration we can understand what they are trying to tell us.
It is about feeling and understanding your body and about living authentically in the present moment.
